Full limit extensions

Dishonesty of employees
  • Cover in the event a third party suffers loss and seeks recovery from the policyholder following dishonest actions of an employee, e.g. misappropriation of funds. 
Ombudsman awards
  • Cover for payments, or the cost of taking steps that the policyholder is directed to take, following an award or recommendation made by any ombudsman with authority over the policyholder and connected to a claim covered by the policy.

Sub-limit extensions

Court attendance costs - Up to £300 per day / £15,000 in total in each policy period
  • Compensation for time away from the business due to attending an investigation or court hearing connected to a claim covered by the policy.
Loss of documents £100,000 in each policy period
  • Cover for the cost of replacing or restoring your own documents that are lost or damaged in the course of the professional business.
  • The policy also provides cover up to the limit of indemnity for losses incurred by a third party whose documents are lost or damaged whilst in your custody or control.
