Online support services available via imarket
We have a number of secure online services available to all our broker partners. These services are available to our registered intermediaries 24 hours a day when using an imarket ID. Some services (eg eSettlement) are only available to brokers using an imarket ID.
Why use imarket?
imarket is a free service for brokers which provides a number of benefits including:
- Log on to imarket using one ID and password to click through to individual insurer extranet services without further signing on (for AXA this means access to AXA Extranet). Using this Single Sign on removes the need for you to have multiple log on IDs for all the insurers who provide services through imarket.
- Using imarket standards allows AXA to connect our trading system to broker back office systems something we refer to as connectivity. This saves you time and effort and improves the accuracy of customer documentation. For more information contact your software house provider.
Once you have registered with imarket you can select a specific AXA service from your imarket menu, or click on the links to services in this website.
