FRC's mission is to make Britain's buildings safer, compliant, saleable, mortgageable, and insurable, by delivering end-to-end building fire safety solutions nationwide, through a highly experienced and qualified team.

FRC provides surveying and reporting services relating to the safety of a building’s external wall systems, from the cladding to the glazing. This includes advice on construction, structural integrity, raw materials/combustibility risks and the building owner's legal obligations.

Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls, as specified by PAS 9980
Abbreviated Site Inspection to visually identify the materials of the external wall to advise if a full FRAEW, as specified by PAS 9980, is required.
Building Safety Management (Safety Case Report and acquirement of the Building Assessment Certificate)
EWS1 Forms and Process
Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Engineer Reports, Fire Strategy and Fire Statements
Lead Consultant, Employers Agent, and Clerk of Works
Laser Scanning, Height Verification Reports and As-Built Drawings
Education and compliance with new regulations (Fire Safety Act 2021, Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety [England] 2022)
