I have a new business quote but the property is unoccupied?

Wholly unoccupied or mainly unoccupied properties are not accepted at new business. A small element of the property can be unoccupied at inception, but this must not exceed 20% of the overall property.

Do you cover malicious damage by tenants?

Yes, our policy does include Malicious damage by tenant. You can find details in our Policy Wording. Conditions apply and there is a limit of £5,000 in any one period of insurance.

Can I amend my client's renewal date?

eTrade policies are set to run for 12 months, and therefore the end term dates can't be amended.
