To ensure we have the right resource available when demand is highest, we're making some changes to our Home Claims opening hours.
From today, our new opening hours will be:
- New claims:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
- Existing claims:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Following a review of customer contact patterns, we've found evenings and Saturday afternoons are significantly quieter. These changes will allow us to have more colleagues available during our busiest periods, helping us continue to provide excellent service when brokers and customers need us most.
Remember, you and your customers can still notify us of a claim at any time using our online claims notification process, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
