The responsibility of the banking team is to bank all cheques and card payments received from customers and brokers.
The team banks all cheques received throughout the month both for brokers and for direct customers.
In addition, the team sorts all post, and passes any paperwork or correspondence on to the relevant account handler in Finance Operations for them to deal with effectively. You can send correspondence and cheques to the banking team directly at the following address:

There may be a charge for card payments that exceed £5,000. AXA are only permitted to take card payments directly from the customer, as we are governed by PCI DSS.
