AXA Retail is bringing the AXA Global campaign to life
At AXA, we have a global campaign centred around the theme “Being a Woman Shouldn’t Be a Risk,” and within AXA Retail, we are actively working to help bring this initiative to life. We are developing propositions which ensure that women know we are there for them when they need us most, and together, we are committed to helping them grow and thrive.
To further protect our customers, we will be:
- Providing support for customers experiencing domestic abuse, assisting them in getting out of those situations and staying out.
- Enhancing our customers' confidence when making a claim by ensuring they understand the quality of repairs and professionalism they can expect.
- Building trust by ensuring that anyone entering their home during a claim is a qualified and accredited professional.
Additionally, we aim to continue supporting women across the insurance industry by:
- Creating networks for women to connect. Within AXA Retail, we have a 140 strong network of Fearless Females who regularly meet to discuss common challenges and share tips and insights to help each other overcome obstacles.
- Organising panel events and webinars to showcase the inspiring stories of remarkable women associated with AXA to our broker community.
- Further developing our internal female talent strategy by sharing career aspiration stories and implementing robust mentoring programmes.
