AXA Commercial launches Online Commercial Motor Claims (eNOL) service for brokers and customers

We’re excited to launch eNOL (Electronic Notification of Loss), our new digital solution for registering commercial motor claims - now live and ready to use.

Our commercial customers and broker partners need flexibility and speed, and eNOL delivers just that. It provides a secure, streamlined way to submit claims online, without replacing our existing First Notification of Loss (FNOL) services.

What’s New?

  • Extended Hours: Submit claims online from 7am–9pm (Mon–Fri) and 8am–5pm (weekends).
  • Quick & Simple: Enter details, click submit - done.
  • Faster Decisions: Enjoy quicker processing, faster liability decisions, and instant confirmation of excess.
  • Repair & Salvage Support: Automatic instruction of our trusted network during the online process.
  • Proactive Intervention: FMG appointed on at-fault claims, to help reduce costs and improve outcomes.
