Getting started with eServe

eServe has been designed with you in mind and to make it easy for you to manage access for your brokerage.

How to get started

Please identify the Broker Administrator in your office who will manage access to eServe for your users and your associated agency numbers.

eServe has been designed with you in mind, giving you complete control of access for your brokerage.

To set up your access to eServe, you must identify a Broker Administrator and they should Register for eServe with your Brokerage’s details, along with the details of additional users.

On completion of the registration form, your Broker Administrator will have access and responsibility for creating any new Broker user accounts. Profiles work in a hierarchy so the Broker Administrator can only allocate agency numbers that have been made available to them.

Please note: Individual Broker users are unable to register for eServe until a Broker Administrator profile has been set up for their brokerage.

eServe access 

Broker Administrator access

Available for a small number of individuals responsible for creating and maintaining eServe profiles for their brokerage and for their associated agency numbers. We recommend 2 or more Broker Administrators per brokerage, please complete a new registration form for each additional Broker Administrator.

Broker access

Provides access to view all AXA Commercial and Personal Intermediary claims within the agencies they have been given access to by their Broker Administrator(s).
