In our 2014 Broker Survey, 75% of brokers rated our account settlement service as extremely or very good. All our brokers are allocated a dedicated account handler who will be your first point of contact regarding any queries that arise with your account.
The five main qualities of our Account Handlers as voted by the brokers who are in contact with them are:

- Knowledgeable when dealing with queries.
Our Credit Control teams will endeavour to resolve your queries within 10 working days; liaising with other areas of the business to ensure your queries are resolved by the right department.

eSettlement: AXA's innovative online accounts facility which replaces the traditional paper statement. This market leading system provides brokers with a transparent and time saving method of reconciling and settling their accounts. Queries are raised directly to your local underwriting branch via the system and your dedicated account handler will communicate with you regularly to ensure premiums are paid within your assigned credit terms.
