Every customer is unique, and in today's market, a one size fits all insurance product just isn't enough.

We recognise that some customers' lifestyles require enhanced, tailored household protection and it's with this more affluent customer in mind, that we have designed AXA Advanced.

Introducing our 'Health at Hand' information service

We've teamed up with AXA PPP healthcare to bring AXA Advanced customers a great additional benefit to their Advanced home policy.

  • 'Health at Hand' is an information telephone service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Qualified nurses, midwives and pharmacists are on hand to give support, information and guidance on health questions and if appropriate, follow-up calls can be requested.
  • Whilst the 'Health at Hand' service does not diagnose or prescribe and it is not designed to take the place of a GP, it can provide valuable information to help put customers' minds at rest.

Key features of AXA Advanced

Buildings cover 

  • Unlimited Buildings sum insured cover
  • Alternative accommodation cover up to 3 years should your home not be habitable because of loss or damage covered in the policy
  • Public Liability insurance up to £5,000,000.

Contents cover

  • Cover for your contents and valuables from £75,000 up to £300,000
  • Cover for accidental loss or damage to your contents while in your home or while temporarily removed anywhere in the world up to the sum insured
  • Generous total limit for valuables of up to 40% of the contents sum insured and a single item limit of £15,000 for any one unspecified item of valuables or personal effects
  • New purchases of contents are automatically covered providing we are notified within 30 days of the date you acquired them, up to £25,000 per item
  • Business equipment cover up to the value of £15,000 and up to £2,500 for business stock for people working from home
  • Automatic cover for garden furniture and plants up to £5,000 for any one claim
  • Loss or damage to money up to £2,500
  • Personal liability up to £5,000,000
  • 'Warranty free' security requirements.

Optional cover 

  • Home Assistance up to £1,000
  • Family legal protection now up to £100,000.
