I'm having difficulty logging into the extranet. What do I do?
If you know your login ID, but have forgotten your password use the password reset option by clicking forgotten password on the log on page.
If you've forgotten both your ID and password, call us on 0800 051 8001.
If you are still having problems, you can also call us on 0800 051 8001.
I'm not an Acturis user, and I don't have an extranet login can I get one?
Yes, setting up a new login account is straight forward.
Simply complete the Extranet login request form, which will ask you for a few details, including your broker agency number. So please have this to hand.
I am an Acturis user and trade SME products with AXA now. How will the changes you've made to AXA Connect products affect me?
You can trade the AXA Connect products on Acturis. Simply tick AXA on the insurer list to get a quote for these products.
Any other products that you currently access from Acturis will still be available too.
What Connect eTrade products are available to trade through software houses?
Do I need a separate logon to access the extranet?
No, you will log in to AXA Business Risk (ABR) as usual (directly or via imarket). When you request a quote for a Connect eTrade product you will be automatically routed to the AXA Connect eTrade product extranet.

Please call the Connect Online Trading Centre on 0800 051 8001. They will investigate and aim to sort the problem out as soon as possible.
Will existing renewals be converted to Connect eTrade products?
No, if you want cover under the Connect eTrade product for an existing risk, it will need to be replaced as a new quote or policy. You will still be able to renew the old policy if preferred.
What about Mid Term Adjustments (MTA). Can I do these online for the Connect eTrade products?
How will I get my documents?
All policy documents for the Connect eTrade products will be available instantly in PDF format. Policy wordings will be available to download from the extranet, or via a link on Acturis. Or, you can find them in the Stationery area of this website.

In exactly the same way you do for your other AXA products, complete a direct debit with your client and then send through to AXA. Make sure your Connect eTrade policy number is included on the direct debit.
How much interest is charged?
The rate is your standard instalment interest rate.
What happens at renewal?
The instalment option will remain at renewal and we will collect the new premium from the existing direct debit.
